All products are digital and thus are only downloadable files. Therefore, no refunds will be given.

No physical product will be shipped so shipping charges will not apply.

All kits are for personal use only, no scrap for hire is allowed under a personal use license which comes with the purchase of the kit. If you would like to use the kits for scrap for hire or for commercial use, there is a CU license available for sale. 

Please be sure that you are purchasing the EXACT product you want before confirming your order. If you have questions on exactly what is included in a product download, please contact me prior to ordering.

Some refunds may be issued but only where it has been established that the product has not been downloaded. No refunds are issued because of lack of understanding these terms and policies which you clicked to agree to when creating a user account.

All refunds are given in STORE CREDIT ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
